DENVER -- Spurs point guard Tony Parker and Nuggets forward Kenyon Martin will sit out Thursday's game between the teams with injuries.

Parker suffered a left hip flexor strain in San Antonio's loss to the Lakers on Monday, coach Gregg Popovich said.

This will be the second straight game Martin has missed because of left knee tendonitis. He has been bothered by the knee for two weeks but played through the pain before sitting out against the Mavericks on Tuesday.
